Kristen Cosey, MSW (she/her)

Kristen Cosey is a social worker with an extensive background in public service, specializing in housing and child/family services. She currently works as a housing specialist in special programs with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. She supports individuals with disabilities through eligibility while connecting them with permanent supportive housing. Kristen prides herself in community outreach and engagement by volunteering within her community to expand access to homeless services and supporting initiatives to reduce gun violence. She is honored to serve on the board and support the advancement of legal services for youth. Kristen has earned her Bachelor’s degree from University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Georgia State University in May 2026.
