Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting our mission through your purchase. All merchandise sales directly support free legal services and programs for young people in our community.

Because proceeds fund nonprofit services, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges under limited circumstances.

Eligible Returns

Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective, or

  • You received the wrong item or size.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed merchandise, without tags

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

How to Request a Return

Please email hi@slcy.org with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo (if item is damaged or incorrect)

If approved, we will provide return instructions or a replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received or verified.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
